bbgl international is a firm providing professional services since 1973 on four continents. It is closely linked in Canada with Gallienne Moisan architects who have realized many prize winnig projects. The firm operate from its three offices in Québec, Canada, Vientiane and Luang-Prabang, Lao PDR. It maintains a team of about 20 persons working either in their offices or on the site of different projects.

The team

Michel Gallienne
President of the firm, Michel Gallienne has been part of more than fifty missions abroad, most of these in the Caribbean's and in Africa. He has actively participated in the design and the construction of many kind of projects, from the most modest building rehabilitation to large scale institutional complexes. In the group, he is the expert designer for health care buildings.

Bob Hardy
Before joining bbgl international, Bob Hardy has been working for twenty-five years in the international development field, mainly with United Nations, World Bank and Canadian International Development Agency. He is the specialist for rural infrastructure development, urban planning and management, training and human resources development and general project management. He is now executive vice-president, responsible for the south-east Asia region, where he is based.

André Moisan
André Moisan was first put in contact with international development when he was implicated in international adoption and help to developing countries. He then made the design and manage the financing of schools and orphanages. He is mostly involved in architectural and technical design, construction costs appraisal and control,and management.

Marcel Piché
After getting a diploma in the renown Harvard School of Business Administration (Program for health Systems Management), Marcel Piché has developed a strong know-how in health care management along his career in Canada and abroad. He has all the experience to set up training and human resources development programs in the health care field and manage them.
